Exp.)_______ to Corvette Mike (Dealer # 15283) for the sole purpose of selling the vehicle and paying to the consignor (or his or her designee) from the proceeds of the sale of the vehicle, the amount agreed upon under the terms of this agreement. This agreement is valid for ______ days. The net price to the consignor may be modified to a lower value by verbal consent via telephone or fax, and extended, if necessary, verbally or faxed. It is understood that consignor will keep said vehicle in his possession for the duration of the consignment period unless other arrangements are made between the consignor and consignee (Corvette Mike). The consignor will be contacted by consignee if a potential buyer wishes to see said vehicle in person. At that time, arrangements will be made between consignee and consignor to allow a potential buyer to do so. Price of vehicle shall only be discussed between consignee and consignor. If the vehicle is sold by the consignee during the term of this agreement, the money due the consignor shall be disbursed within 20 days of the sale of the vehicle. Upon disbursement of funds to consignor, it is their option to request an accounting of the sale date, repairs made to the vehicle (supported by work orders), revenue received, amount paid to lien holder and evidence of payment.
